2. For lounges, Kitchens and bathrooms, we recommend LVT (Luxury vinyl tiles). 3. For communal blocks we always recommend ultra cord for stairs and landing, this is 100% Polypropylene material that is extremely cheap and durable with bullnose edging on stairs. For entrance for communal blocks we recommend coil matt this is a tough durable carpet excellent for entrances
