How did you become a landlord? I have two answers for this! By choice and by accident. My 1st property was intended to be sold once renovated but after finishing it, I couldn’t bare to let it go!
Why do you think property is a good investment? This could be a very long question but in a short answer, yes! Although understanding what property investment means is vital to being successful!
How long have you worked in property? I have been working in sales & lettings covering Bournemouth and the surrounding area for over fifteen years and have sold more than 1700 properties! I also manage a diverse portfolio of properties across Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch.
